U.S. AI Security Institute Consortium types with over 200 founding members

In a follow-up to President Biden’s Govt Order on AI final 12 months, the usSecretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo has introduced the formation of the U.S. AI Security Institute Consortium (AISIC).

AISIC will convey collectively over 200 AI creators and customers, lecturers, authorities and trade researchers, and civil society organizations, in line with the Nationwide Institute of Requirements and Expertise (NIST). 

In accordance with NIST, AISIC is part of the U.S. AI Security Institute and its focus can be engaged on the actions outlined within the President’s Govt Order.

NIST has outlined six fundamental areas that the consortium will concentrate on.
